These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of minicode.biz and the four MiniCode products (Askais, MiniDraw, MiniBot, MiniRouter) provided by MiniCode LLC, the parent company. By using any of our products you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a MiniCode account or using any of our products you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products
MiniCode LLC operates four independent AI brands: Askais (document generation, originally launched 2023), MiniDraw (image generation), MiniBot (AI companion robot dog, in R&D) and MiniRouter (large-model API router). We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice for paid users.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use MiniCode products to generate or distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, harass others, attempt to extract underlying model weights, modify MiniBot hardware in unsafe ways, or violate the terms of upstream model providers routed through MiniRouter.
4. Intellectual Property
The MiniCode brand and the brands Askais, MiniDraw, MiniBot and MiniRouter belong to MiniCode LLC. You retain ownership of content you create with our products, subject to the licences of any upstream models you route through MiniRouter.
5. Billing & Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance. Usage-based charges (MiniRouter, MiniDraw) are billed monthly in arrears. MiniBot hardware orders, when available, follow a separate refund policy. Refunds are handled case-by-case — write to office@minicode.biz.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniCode LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where MiniCode LLC is incorporated.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
