This Privacy Policy describes how MiniCode LLC ("MiniCode", "we", "us", or "our"), the parent company behind Askais, MiniDraw, MiniBot and MiniRouter, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use minicode.biz and any of our products.
1. Information We Collect
We collect: account information (name, email, password hash) when you sign up; product usage data (prompts, generated documents/images, robot telemetry, API calls) needed to deliver the service; billing information processed by our payment provider; standard device and browser data such as IP address, browser type and operating system; cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate Askais, MiniDraw, MiniBot and MiniRouter; to provide customer support; to bill paid usage; to improve our products through aggregated, de-identified analytics; to send transactional emails about your account; and to comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We share information only with: model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek) when you choose to route requests to them through MiniRouter; trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, email, payments) under data-processing agreements; legal authorities when required by law.
4. Data Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, isolated environments per product, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated documents, images, robot logs and API logs follow each product's retention schedule and can be deleted at any time from your dashboard. Deleted data is purged from backups within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from your MiniCode account, or by writing to office@minicode.biz. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
MiniCode uses only essential cookies (authentication, security, preferences) and privacy-friendly analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features will stop working.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product banner before they take effect.
