Introducing MiniCode LLC: The Parent Company Behind 4 Independent AI Brands

MiniCode LLC is the parent company behind four independent AI brands: Askais, MiniDraw, MiniBot and MiniRouter. We started in 2023 with a single AI document tool — the product that would later be rebranded as Askais — and have since grown into a multi-brand AI portfolio.

The four brands

Askais — AI document generation. Askais (askais.com) is our oldest product. It launched in 2023 under an earlier name as our very first AI tool. After two years of iteration it was reworked and rebranded as Askais. Today it produces business reports, contracts, proposals and academic papers from a single prompt, with citations and one-click DOCX/PDF export.

MiniDraw — AI image generation. MiniDraw joined the portfolio in 2025 as our creative studio: text-to-image, image-to-image, inpainting, style transfer and batch generation, with layered editing and PNG/SVG/PDF export.

MiniBot — AI companion robot dog (in R&D). MiniBot is our first hardware product. It's a quadruped AI robot dog, currently in active research and development. It walks, sees, hears and talks, with an on-board multimodal assistant that helps with everyday tasks at home (fetching small items, reminders, gentle monitoring) and light tasks at work (guided tours, repetitive checks, simple inspections). An early-access beta is planned.

MiniRouter — unified LLM API router. MiniRouter is our OpenAI-compatible gateway to GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen and our own private models. One endpoint, automatic fallback, load balancing across keys, and unified billing & analytics.

How we work

MiniCode is the umbrella. Each of the four brands keeps its own identity, customers and roadmap. What they share is a single engineering team — small, deliberate, shipping weekly — and a single hub at minicode.biz.
